Isn’t it fascinating how Amazon has quickly become a top destination for clothes shopping?
Gone are the days when we used to associate Amazon with just books or electronics shopping.
I believe this surge in clothing shopping on the platform is due to the fast delivery options, wide range of prices, variety in clothing options, plus size accommodation and ease of the returns process.
Women in particular are using Amazon to shop both trendy pieces as well as classic fits.
Amazon now offers so many affordable dresses in different colors and a comfortable fit.
One very important item being hunted for is a comfortable work dress. With a large number of employees returning to the office this year, work dress shopping is seeing a surge in searches.

In this post however, I would be focusing on my list of best Amazon fashion work dresses,
All of the dresses on this list are at a reasonable price point, come in several color options and would be sure to meet at least most office wardrobe requirements.

After being able to work from home in yoga pants or even pyjamas, the first thing a lot of us are seeking in a work dress is comfort.
The dress has to pass the following tests:
-the sit down test (you must be able to sit without holding on to anything for dear life and not flash your colleagues while doing so)
-the ‘no weird bulge formation in my groin or waist area’ test
-the ‘arms up’ test – we need to be able to reach without pulling a muscle…or ripping an armhole

The dresses on this list should pass these as well as other tests you may deem necessary to qualify a dress as good enough for work. They also come with great reviews.
1) The faux wrap dress
Wrap dresses are one of the most flattering and innovative fashion ideas to exist. The best part about a faux wrap dress is that it successfully gives that same illusion and effect without the fuss of looking for that annoying little hole.
These Amazon picks are great for work thanks to the flattering neckline and wrap-like effect.
They could be perfectly styled with these mules or white sneakers for a more casual look.

For the warm weather, this V-neck tie waist dress would be such a great work dress seeing how breathable and flowy it is. It works great for everyday wear.
Another tie waist option, this time with pleats, is this midi dress. I also love the slightly dramatic sleeve which adds some no-fuss fashion to your office look.
It would be a great option to wear to a baby shower or even bridal showers!
2) Stretchy pencil dress
If you are not one to shy away from showing off your figure in an appropriate manner at work, the next dresses are definitely for you.
It’s such a shame some office environments have over sexualized these types of dresses when they are worn by women with more curves but I can confirm that these dresses are definitely work appropriate.

I love both the neck tie as well as the fluttery short sleeves on this next dress.
Flowy dresses are also very flattering on pear-shaped bodies.
Like most of the dresses on this list, it could go with sneakers, flats or heels.
Last but definitely not least is this pussy bow skater dress. There is just something about a bow on the neck that adds appeal to a blouse or dress.
